Products under “Sale” and “Final Sale” identifications cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Discounts with promotional or seasonal coupons are not cumulative among them or any products with a discount already applied at the online store.

Payments are operated through Shopify Payments, It should be expressed that the User, at the time of paying the purchase through a credit card, uses and accepts Shopify Payment’s terms of service.
Once the payment has been confirmed, KIKA VARGAS shall send the User an email confirming the detailed information of the purchase and the order number. This email represents the order has been received, and that it is soon to be processed. The User shall later receive a notification email updating the order status and the shipping tracking number.
Order cancellations or modifications.
If you’d like to cancel your order, you may do so no less than 2 hours after placing your order. Please note, KIKA VARGAS cannot partially cancel items.

Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped you should receive your order within 2-3 business days (Domestic USA) and 3 to 10 business days (International). Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination and due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer delivery Monday - Friday via our shipping service FedEx (Domestic USA) and DHL Express (International), we DO NOT offer delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following business day, excluding US holidays.
We do not offer express shipping.
Sales Tax
State and local sales taxes rate and applications are determined by the destination where the products are being shipped. Taxes will be applied during the checkout and will be charged to the User’s payment method.
International orders: Duties and taxes to your respective country will be displayed as a separate line item in your Check Out cart. All duties paid at check out are not collected by KIKA VARGAS; they are passed directly to your local customs office.
The location of the shipment will determine the import duties to be charged. All duties and taxes must be paid upon checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’d like to make a return, kindly reach out to us at info@kikavargas.com, and we will be sure to assist you promptly.
To initiate a return, please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, without stains or washing, without perforations, defective snaps or zippers, motes, and can’t be broken.
Items without attached tags will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure to keep the original packaging, invoices, and confirmation emails. Be cautious during the unpacking process.
KIKA VARGAS retains the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, staining, laundering, or any alterations.
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
KIKA VARGAS don't offer exchanges, specifically for a change of size in the same style. Kindly note this will depend on the stock availability.
- For USA Returns/Exchanges:
The first return or exchange within the USA will be complimentary from KIKA VARGAS . Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the process.
- For International Returns/Exchanges:
For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for creating a shipping label and covering the associated return costs. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to coordinate the return or exchange process.
Please select a courier service (e.g., the Post Office) and dispatch the shipment to the following address: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166.
KIKA VARGAS is at liberty to not assume responsibility for lost orders during the return shipping process. Therefore, we highly recommend retaining the courier service postage receipt, including the tracking number, as evidence to address the matter directly with the shipping company.
Refunds
Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-10 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these terms and conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These terms and conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
