Refund policy
- If you’d like to make a return, kindly reach out to us at info@kikavargas.com, and we will be sure to assist you promptly.
- Most orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- To initiate a return, please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, without stains or washing, without perforations, defective snaps or zippers, motes, and can’t be broken.
- Items without attached tags will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure to keep the original packaging, invoices, and confirmation emails. Be cautious during the unpacking process.
- KIKA VARGAS retains the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, staining, laundering, or any alterations.
- Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
- For USA Returns/Exchanges:
- The first return or exchange within the US will be complimentary from KIKA VARGAS. Any subsequent returns will be at the customer's expense, and the shipping amount for these returns will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the process. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- For International Returns/Exchanges:
- For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for creating a shipping label and covering the associated return costs. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to coordinate the return or exchange process. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
For the product return, we suggest opting for a courier service that provides tracking. Please select a courier service (e.g., the Post Office) and dispatch the shipment to the following address: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166. Please add the Order Number to the label information.
KIKA VARGAS is at liberty to not assume responsibility for lost orders during the return shipping process. Therefore, we highly recommend retaining the courier service postage receipt, including the tracking number, as evidence to address the matter directly with the shipping company.
- Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-10 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.
- At this time, we do offer exchanges, specifically for a change of size on the same style. Kindly note this will depend on the stock availability. Please contact info@kikavargas if you’d like to make an exchange.
