Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number. You will also receive a tracking number when your order ships. If you require assistance, please contact our customer care team at: info@kikavargas.com
Orders are processed within 2 business days from receipt. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days (Domestic USA) and 3 to 10 business days (International). Delivery. Times may vary based on your destination. We offer delivery Monday - Friday via our shipping service FedEx (Domestic USA) and DHL Express (International).
We DO NOT offer delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day, excluding US holidays.
Duties and taxes for your respective country will be displayed as a separate line item in your Check Out cart. All duties paid at check out are not collected by KIKA VARGAS; they are passed directly to your local customs office.
You can change the details of your order if:
- It has not yet been fully processed.
- We have the availability.
- Items are not on SALE.
To change the contents of your order, please contact info@kikavargas.com.
Our customer service team can help change your shipping address only during the order processing, but no earlier than 2 hours after placing your order. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com.
We do worldwide shipping. The location of the shipment will determine the import duties to be charged. All duties and taxes must be paid upon checkout.
Our prices are set in US Dollars.
Promotional or seasonal coupons cannot be combined, and discounts do not apply to items already marked down on the online store.
At this time, we only offer exchanges for a change of size in the same style. Kindly note this will depend on availability.
For USA Returns/Exchanges:
- The first return or exchange within the USA will be complimentary for KIKA VARGAS customers. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to initiate the process.
For International Returns/Exchanges:
- For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for creating a shipping label and covering the associated return costs. Please contact us at info@kikavargas.com to coordinate the return or exchange process.
- For the product return, we suggest opting for a courier service that provides tracking. Please select a courier service (e.g., the Post Office, FedEx or DHL) and use the following address for shipment: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166, USA.
- KIKA VARGAS does not assume liability for orders lost during the return shipping process. Therefore, we highly recommend retaining the receipt issued by the courier service including the tracking number as evidence of shipment to process any claims directly with the shipping company.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so but no earlier than 2 hours after placing your order. Please note that KIKA VARGAS does not accept partial cancellations of orders.

We offer free ground shipping for domestic (U.S.) orders.
For international shipments please refer to the shipping rate at check out. If you have any questions, please contact info@kikavargas.com.
Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. If the package has not been located after 20 days we will move forward with the next steps. KIKA VARGAS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required for delivery confirmation at the correct shipping address.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. At our discretion, any Product returned outside of the return period (15 days) may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.
