Shipping policy
KIKA VARGAS offers worldwide shipping.
Orders are processed within 2 business days from our US warehouse and prepared during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following business day, excluding US holidays.
Once shipped, you should receive your order within:
- Domestic US: 5–8 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
We deliver Monday through Friday via FedEx and UPS for domestic shipments and DHL Express for international shipments.
Free Domestic Shipping
US orders of $200 USD or more qualify for free domestic shipping.
The $200 minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Taxes and other additional charges do not count toward the $200 minimum.
For example, if your merchandise subtotal is $199.80 before taxes and shipping, the order does not qualify for free shipping, even if the final amount charged at checkout is more than $200 after taxes.

Currently, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options for international orders.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please kindly note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges associated with their country's customs and tax regulations. These charges must be paid by the customer at checkout or upon delivery, as applicable.
